Bad Points
I would like to see 24/7 support or an extension of their current weekend support hours.

General Comments
I have used LCN for about 2 years now and have been very happy with their products and support lines. I own two different hosting products and register multiple domain names with them also.
Their support is always very friendly and helpful. The fact that they removed the 0870 number and added evening and weekend support a few months ago has gives me a lot of confidence in their customer focused approach.
The reliability of their hosting has always been excellent and I have been very impressed with the value adds that the hosting packages come with.
