Decode car hire are an absolute disgrace - I didn't want to give them one star but had to ......ugh! I lost count of the number of emails I sent them to try an obtain a refund. I too had to pay again at the airport because Decode had not paid the bill even though they had taken my money 3 months before my rental. Luckily I was eventually able to get a refund from my Nationwide credit card. I cancelled my credit card after that too just in case Decode fancied another dabble at my card. Customer service is non existant and they are fraudsters. I wish I had thought to look at reviews of this company before I ever got involved with them. Lesson well and truly learnt!
