I ordered some new bike parts online, which included a SRAM chain and a freewheel remover.
I chose the free delivery option and the parcel arrived only a few days after ordering so I was happy with the delivery time.
Unfortunately, they sent me a cassette removal tool instead of a freewheel remover. The JeJames price sticker on the packet says "Freewheel remover", despite the manufacure's packaging stating it is a cassette removal tool- somebody stuck the JeJames sticker right over the top of the product description on the packaging! Clearly whoever did this doesn't know the difference between the two products, which is not a good sign for a bike shop.
Also, the SRAM Powerlink was missing, eventhough it should be included with the chain.
So, I did receive my order in good time but still have not been able to put the parts on my bike as I do not have the right tool to remove my freewheel or the link to join the chain!
I contacted the returns department and am returning the cassette tool for a refund. They have said they will put a Powerlink in the post. Hopefully I will be able to change my bike parts soon, but it's really dissapointing that the order wasn't right in the first place and my bike is still in need of repair.
Fingers crossed they'll get it right this time.
