If I could give them no stars for customer service I would. Atrocious. Customer service just fob you off with a refund - no explanation, no apology. I asked about compensation - they've stopped giving it. One can only assume that they make that many cock ups they no longer can afford it. I certainly won't be using them again. One of the worst online shops I have ever dealt with. 4 out of 5 orders that I have made have been incorrect. a 20% success rate is pretty dire.
