I ordered Christmas gifts from them at the end of November. Having used Brandalley before I was aware that the delivery dates are sometimes quite lengthy. I was assured that my products would be with me before Christmas by two emails.

I finally received my products on 12th January. Sent them 6 emails, never received a reply. Rang the call centre when I could (they only work Monday to Friday and shut at 4.30) and there was no apology, they just said they were busy. Maybe because everyone else was complaining too!

I finally got a reply today. They gave me a full refund for my order (which they should because all the products were damaged!!) but still no apology or explanation why it has taken so long to get back to me.

I've now had to email them again asking for an apology. Heard that phrase "the customer comes first?" I don't think Brand Alley have!
