Finaly got through on webchat and received a call back today, problems with their systems are sorted and now up and running. Received my Fedex number so can track my order and happy in the knowledge it was one of the cheapest in the UK even tho it has come from HK. Its a definate wish list site and i will be returning, i just hope they survive in this cut throat world
