Good Points
i have used the hand blender and the herb blender a lot. it has been over 3 years now and i have not faced any problem.

Bad Points
the blads are very sharp and it had cut my finger once. so please be careful while using them, switch the power off when u clean the blades.

General Comments
i use my Braun MR5550 everyday, more than once a day. i have not faced any problem. each unit is easy to clean and it looks brand new. apart from the plastic units. i love multi attachments given. each parts are so useful. i can not imagine cooking with out my braun.
