I have a Vitodens 100 combi and have been very happy with it. yes!! we had an initial problem with the heating / hot water diverta valve within the boiler. It was repaired very quickly and without fuss. There was a design fault with the valve and all those still in the factory were aparently changed and those out in the market place were rapidly repaired when becoming faulty.
With any product, people have problems, but i think that the backup service from Viessmann has been superb and!!!! Well!!!! I happen to like my boiler very much.....
