Good customer service through email, helpful and responsive. The frame of my choice wasn't in stock, it took a while before is was. Delivery of my frame much sooner than I expected. The frame was competitively priced, I paid about 80% of the high street retail price in the Netherlands(shipping included!). Shipping costs to the Netherlands are very modest IMO. In all I'm a satisfied customer and I will likely order from Pretavoir again in the future. Recommended!
