When the ring I purchased from them began to show scratch marks, I e-mailed Just Tungsten. Even though their web site guarantees 100% satisfaction, and I requested a refund on that basis, they ignored my request and demanded I e-mail them a picture of the ring to see if it could be "repaired." I did not have the capability to e-mail them a picture and they would not, assuming they really did intend to "repair" the ring, which struck me as implausible in any event, provide me with a physical address to which to send the ring for an obviously more reliable physical examination. They refused any other adjustment.



Bottom line: I'm out $100 and Just Tungsten just doesn't care. I therefore wouldn't recommend them; what I would recommend is extreme caution in dealing with them.
