I will admit I was a little worried considering I seen these reviews after I made my purchase. My ring was delivered today. You couldn't ask for better quality or service. I had to change the shipping the day it was supposed to ship out. I got in touch with JustTungsten, they immediately changed the shipping for me without any problems. Love the ring, would order again from them anytime. We did receive the correct size, color, and ring that we picked out. Very Pleased!
