-Lengthy wait for your purchase.

-Absolutely NO guarentee that you will get what you ordered, this has happened to me with my husbands wedding band, I have the invoices and photos to prove, have had much communication with 'Maggie', and absolutely no common sense or integrity is to be found in her, whoever she is.



I wish I had read these reviews before buying with them. Now my husband has a wedding band that is too big (remember, if you engrave on the ring the refund and exchange policy is void) and another ring which is completely different, and I ordered the exact same ring again but a little smaller. They will do nothing to resolve the problem which is their responsibility to deal with.



I would not ever buy with them. Go somewhere else, don't waste you time, energy and money.
