Good Points
Looks nice. Incredibly accurate.

Bad Points
Expensive. Ours has stopped working (but it's guaranteed for 10 years so should get fixed by Salter).

General Comments
I've weighed parcels on these Salter 1001 Glass Scales and the Post Office scales have given the same result to the nearest gramme. Unfortunately ours has just started showing "----" on the display all the time, so it is going back to Salter. It was a wedding present so we don't have the receipt; hopefully they'll honour the 10 year guarantee anyway.
