General Comments
Game ordered 3/12/06 for Christmas gift for my son, and it was "in stock". Received notification that the game was dispatched on 4/12/06. On the 14th of December I contacted them via their website to advise them that the game had not arrived (their website clearly states that you should wait 10 working days before you contact them regarding non-delivery of any items). I received an e-mail asking me to wait until the 20th of December before contacting them again, as "they cannot bring my investigation forward".
There is no telephone number to contact Simply Games, and the only advice they have given me is "let's hope that it arrives with you anyway".
