I couldn't reccomend Canterbury Conservatories to anyone after the problems we have had with this company since the start of our conservatory installation works in February 2008.
We have had to raise county court papers to get things moving and are still trying to resolve outstanding issues even now in September 2010.
Main issues;
They failed to deliver the agreed specification and changed the design without prior notifcation or our approval. We only realised the design had changed after the framework and glass was installed.
The contractor performance was absolutely terrible, requiring major reworks, including disassembly and rebuilding of a gable wall, relaying drainage pipework and footings.
The interior plaster work was terrible, requiring two returns to put it right.
Two frame work components had to be replaced due to defects.
Eight sealed units had to be replaced as they were to small for the frames.
The follow up service is practically non existent and you will do all the telephone and Emailing before you get a modicum of response.
Check the internet for like reports if you do not believe me.
