Good Points
Very quiet. Good cleaning performance. Like the energy rating

Bad Points
Hotpoint's telephone service when trying to log a service request call is terrible you keep getting passed around different people. I logged it through the internet in the end - much more efficient.

General Comments
Even though my Hotpoint FDL570X Aquarius was delivered with a faulty door catch the service engineer was so prompt and efficient at fixing it that this compensates for the problem. I absolutely love this machine. It is so quiet - I chose it with the noise level being a key aspect of my purchase and it has lived up to my expectation. It cleans very well and am extremely pleased with it.
