Agree with many comments on this thread. The phone isn't the best I've ever bought, capitals for texting (eh?), phone locks after a very short time when not in use, the wallpaper changes itsel, there's no means of downloading the text alerts and the choices of alert were awful, as were the ring tone choices. At least I could download something better. And, it doesn't seem like anyone sells a skin or case specifically for that phone. Does anyone know who actually made this model (nokia?).
