I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PHONE!!



The one, simple function I wanted it for - to make and receive telephone calls - is utterly USELESS. The person on the other end of the phone is muffled and I can here a delay of my own voice when I am talking, which is extremely distracting and the person on the other end of the phone can only hear me as a tinny sound, as if I'm far away from the speaker. Don't even get me started on the STUPID text messaging system, in which you can either write in CAPS or lower case but to put in proper punctuation is nearly impossible. It's the most irritating phone I've ever had. I got it for the tri-band. I wish I'd spent more money and got a Samsung quad-band instead. Avoid this phone at all costs. I'm going to try my best to get my money back, it's an utter disappointment for a phone which is completely under-developed.
