We paid for Extra leg room seats which we did not get on our flight home.
If fact when I asked why, I was met with a volley of abuse by the Air Steward, in front of my Wife and a packed plane of other passengers.
I do not like being spoken down to, when I am the one paying the money out.
There is nothing that I like about it at all. If I was informed if I was going to be getting the extra leg room seats that I paid in advance for.
I would suggest that you train your Airline Staff to deal with customers questions more politely and not to demand proof of Holiday Booking in front of other passengers.
