Relaxing here in Faro in a 5 star hotel, due to fly back last Thursday 15th April when the airspace was closed to due to vulcano, Thomson sprang into action sorted out hotel accommadation so quickly, the reps were outstanding and could not do enough for you. Even started supplying washing powder fan bloody tastic. Mind you some passengers thought Thomson were responsible for the volcano lol, When we left the airport Easyjet and Ryanair passengers were shouting and screaming or holding their heads, we just sailed off on a nice coach to a 5 star Hotel. Thomson you surely are the creme de la creme and here's one customer you have for life. It is now 6 days here but looks like we will be off soon, Thomson thank you so very much.
