Found the Team at the Bike Outlet to be really helpful and gave some great advice about buying the cycle, I initially phoned the shop and spoke to a member of staff who was really helpful and very informative about cycles and the size I needed, I ordered the cycle there and then and it was delivered the next day which was excellent, I needed to contact them regarding a problem with a lock a bought at the same time and was phoned back within 10 minutes and the problem resolved instantly, Well Done and I wish all purchases over the web were as easy as the Bike Outlet made it,
