First and last time customer. Place an order 11/29/2009 for a Christmas present for my son. As of 1/26/2009 I Still have not received it or received my money back. Through live chat on 12/18/2009 I was told that my order would arrive by Christmas eve. IT did not and National Archery Supply was closed until 1/4/2010. On 1/4/2010 I requested a refund for my order since it was never received. I was told it would take 15 days for them to process the refund. It is now more than 15 days and nothing. And now I can't get them to respond to emails and live chat does not work. If you call them you do not get a person and the mail box is full so you can not even leave a message.
