I am still waiting on 12/10/09 for items I ordered from NAS on 10/18/09. After one "oops sorry, backordered, but will ship in a couple of days!" message a month ago, I have nothing. And now, no one will respond to my queries. They will not talk to you about outstanding orders by phone, but don't respond to e-mail.
I'm going to have to initiate a credit card chargeback to get my money. There are dozens of similar stories from consumers online. Wish I'd found them before I ordered from NAS. I'll think of them as "Never Again, Stupid."
