After doing extensive research on the internet followed by a face to face meeting at grand designs in Birmingham it was the obvious choice to use Balcony systems for the refurbishment of our existing balcony. With the use of the glass and stainless balustrade it really has given our 70's house the wow factor. The ease of installation meant that once delivered the project was complete in two days.



We originally had an issue with a difference in colour of the balustrading, due to two different batches in the manufacturing process.

However the speed and professionalism in resolving the issue highlighted Balcony systems commitment to product and customer satisfaction.



The installation was completed by our own contractor however when advice was required the company were on hand to provide it. The online installation video provided our contractor with a necessary overview prior to pricing and taking on the works. All materials supplied exact to size and requirements in short did exactly what it said in the ad!



We consider the balcony system supplied, excellent value for money and has only enhanced the marketability of the property.
