Good Points
We have eaten Cook food before and it's very good quality and tastes great.

Bad Points
Cook need to rectify this problem by packing more ice in each box even if this means packing less food in each box or use refrigirated delivery couriers.

General Comments
For the second Saturday in a row our order of Cook food has arrived semi-defrosted. The order had been dispatched on the Friday evening and arrived at 11.30am. When we reported the semi defrosted food last week they said sorry, it's the first instance of defrosting we have been told about. We explained there were only 8 ice packs in the box. We were told they would ensure more are put in next time. Well they put in 10 this time and the order was still semi defrosted. This must be against Health and Safety rules and we will be taking the issue up with the local Health Authority. I wonder how many other people have experienced this problem.
