“I have been leaving my Toy Poodle at Penylan Country...”

I have been leaving my Toy Poodle at Penylan Country Lodge for 7yrs. I live in Cardiff and am happy to travel the extra distance knowing that my Dog will be happy and well cared for.

Over the years when she has suffered tummy problems during her stay they have cooked her fresh chicken breasts to try and tempt her to eat, nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful staff. She always comes home clean and fluffy and smelling sweet (unlike some other previous experiences with different kennels) and any bedding has been washed and tumble dried also. We now have a delinquent 14 week old puppy who is still rather boistrous and she has just had her first stay with them. They were able to share a kennel although staff paid particular attention to our older dog and ensured she had a daily 'welcome break' from the puppy's antics. How thoughtful is that? I cannot praise them enough. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
