This is my second bread machine as I wore my first one out after 6 years. I make 1-2 loaves every day & often make Chealsea Bun dough at weekends. This new model machine is very good & makes good bread,wholemeal,granary or white. I would reccomend it to anyone interested in making their own bread. I load the ingredients into my machine in the morning & set the timer delay.
A loaf is ready when I get home & I make another ready for the morning.
