We bought the John Crane branching out guitar from Why Wood works and it was not as expected as I wanted a guitar that could be used as a learning guitar, I emailed to say this, and recieved an immediate response and a refund was offered.

I couldnt fault the Customer services at all and it was a very good company to deal with.

I would highly reccomend.
