“We ordered beautiful toys for our children's...”

We ordered beautiful toys for our children's Christmas, unfortunately an item came very slightly damaged, so I called Mark at Why Woodworks who suggested our daughter play with the damaged item and after Christmas and due to the bad weather they would send a brand new one out to us, not only was he true to his word we were able to keep the damage item repair it and donate it to our daughters nursery. Sundae's customer service was excellent and we have used the website since, absolutely brilliant. Lastly the toys are of a high quality and different to the run of the mill toys from places like ELC but still educational, I know we will be able to pass them on to our baby boy.
