I can't recommend them highly enough!!

In short: initial order,castle went missing with carrier.

Raised with W.W.W and although there were stock issues with the item (In the mean time, sold out on other sites, I was getting desperate)- they located another for express delivery to ensure my 4yr wasn't devistated for Xmas.

There were drawn out issues with delivery(s) but this was mainly down to the unseasonal weather..........!! and not W.W.W

W.W.W's commitment to genuine customer service is second to none and as a web site exceed many high street retailers.
