My mum ordered some wooden building blocks for my daughters birthday. Unfortunately the box was broken in transit by Royal Mail.
I rang Why Wood Works and received such good customer service I felt prompted to write on here. The team were so concerned and helpful I couldnt fault them. They rang me to update me on the progess of the replacement and also rang later to check the replacement had arrived.
You dont often get customer service like this now and I was very impressed.
The blocks are great quality and my daughter age 2 and her 3 yr old twin siblings all love them.
