I agree with everyone else, got high end price, I have recycled many phones and saw no issues. To late I read this review. I challenged their first offer and they immediately up'd it by £50! No surprise as the phone is nearly new. I am now in the process of trying to get my phone back which they want £10 for the privilege. I will keep you updated with my progress but my top tip is use someone else
