“Autofinders are good people who will work hard to find...”

Autofinders are good people who will work hard to find a car for you at a very decent price and deliver it as agreed. The staff are rather overworked so patience and/or a gentle persistence may be required.



However, I would advise anyone to tread carefully before entering into a PX arrangement with them. Their current PX policy allows them to adjust the PX price at the time of changeover. Despite describing my old car honestly and openly Autofinders decided it didn't match their expectations and told me they wouldn't pay the agreed price. Because I had travelled a considerable distance I was pretty much forced to accept a compromise price.



I absolutely think Autofinders are honest and decent people, but in this case their desire to strike a deal with me compromised their commercial judgement and I was left feeling that the transaction was tainted (plus I was out of pocket). I have asked them to look hard at their PX policy.
