Had my sunglasses stolen. Found the same pair (love them) on direct sunglasses and ordered them. Payment taken immediatley, only to find out 19 days later (off my own back via two emails and a phone call) that they were out of stock. I had also been told they would arrive before a certain date after initally enquiring after lack of delivery.



Appalling service. Would not recommend.
