Well I Had The Machine Since October 2007 Therfore
Well I had the machine since October 2007 therfore I think I am in a good possition to make my opinion. Overall the machine is well built and washes well, after you learn the programmes it's relatively easy to use. ONE Very Big draw back - the rubber seal round the opening - after only 3 months of use you have built up of mould and it's impossible to shift, I dry the area after every use but to no evail, it is smelly and you think that your wash will never be clean. I have contacted the service department and they suggested to keep it dry it's bit pointless with a water using appliance. I had a Bosch before, but gave it as a present to my daughter as she was moving to her new house, and i wish I have never part with it, hers (old mine) is still as new beeing even year older. She has no mould problem and doesn't need to dry it as I do the AEG.

This Aeg L74810 Is A Really Frustrating Machine. I
This AEG L74810 is a really frustrating machine. It took us ages to work out that it was the machine that sometimes was causing holes in my jumpers and t shirts rather than moths and it also has left dirty tide marks on clothes as I don't think it rinses well enough!
