used to be great, but now empty and a sad reflection of the general malaise affecting much of the retail trade
having eaten at Mandarin Duck, Holmer Green chinese restaurant for 15+ years, both eat-in and take away, i am sad to say that cost cutting and culinary skills have dramatically declined since the beginning of the year. Whether it is down to maintaining margin or not - the quality of the ingredients, quantity and service has fallen off a cliff! From being a restaurant that i would recommed to everyone, it is now one i would advise to steer clear of.
