This is a fabulous service I came across when planning our civil partnership. We kept our invitation very simple and on it directed our guests to our gift page on 1 bigpresent.com for futher details and directions and the option to make a donation to our gift fund.



We were able to put on a lot of detail like the running schedule of the day, the menu, the entertainment, directions to the hotel and a list of other hotels in the vicinity offering accomodation.



1bigpresent.com also took alot of pressure off us in acknowledging online donations as they provided instant templates to respond to a gift and instant notification once a gift was made online.



The fact that most of our guests responded to our prefernce to use 1bigpresent we did not have to worry on the day about receiving gifts and envelopes and have to store them safely away.



We got married on a bank holiday weekend and went to America immediately so we did not get a chance to do any banking before we departed. 1bigpresent were fantastic in arranging to have our gift fund proceeds directed to our bank accounts. In my case they had to arrange to transfer some of the proceeds into euro and they were so accomodating in going the extra mile to do so.



We can not reccomend this service high enough!!
