We booked an ocean front room thru bookit.com. When we arrived the hotel hadn't heard of us..... After calling and being put on hold for long periods,we never got thru to them...the hotel tried to help us,bookit did nothing...we have a pending dispute with them for our money back. Horrible horrible service ...Debbie in maine
