I've only been with Evo Hosting for about a month now, but compared to other hosts i've been with, they are easily the best. Some might argue that lack of telephone support is an issue, but the speed at which they respond to your support tickets easily conquers that problem.
The staff are friendly and give you very descriptive advise and explainations. Some other hosting companies will usually just brush off a problem your having, or when something can't be done, but Evo Hosting don't patronise you or make you feel stupid when they explain the limitations.
I have yet to use their services for deeply complex operations, but in terms of customer service; probably the best company (better amoung even non-web hosting) i've ever dealt with.
