I received my new machine on the 12th September, this replaced my previous LG 7Kg load machine.
So far the new Hotpoint is faster and quieter than my old LG model but in my opinion does not clean the washing as well as my old machine.
One thing to note is that Hotpoint recommends you only use liquid detergent rather than the tablets and powder I used in my old machine, maybe this is why I am not getting the same cleaning power?
I have had particular prolems with stain removal on the 40 degree coloured wash cycle that my old machine would have coped with.
