General Comments
I change my phone every year as I'm a bit of a gadget nerd.



This Sony Ericsson T610 mobile phone has to be one of the most unreliable on the market.



The battery life is nowhere near that stated by the manufacturer.

The phone continually freezes with no explanation causing a lengthy reboot.

Software which I have downloaded and paid for disappears.

I have had the firmware upgraded but still the same things keep happening.

Sony Ericsson have the poorest support service imaginable and Carphone Warehouse have proved unable to fix the phone despite having it into their repair shop 5 times.



The camera is of the poorest quality of any mobile phone I have seen.



My sister has one also and has experienced the same problems



I would never ever buy another Sony Ericsson product, their aftersales service is appalling.
