I can not make local calls on the thing. I can call anywhere in the US but not my home town. It also has voice mail after 2 rings, very anoying when you can't get to the phone. I have talked to their socalled top techs. They have no clue on what is causing the problem. I won't recomend these because of the problems and the lack of a company to talk to!
