having perchased the 3 piece curler set for my daughter approx 16 months ago

I was disappointed when the mains cable failed at the point where it enters the curler body, enquired about purchasing a replacement power cord from herstyler (it is a swivel type power cord and can't be replaced safely by any other means)only to be informed that they do not supply spares and as the unit is chinese made herstyler don't know how they can help - in short pay them £180 and receive really poor support
