I had this for xmas 2009 and I love it! Firstly the negative points. I've had a few problems loading music onto the player (it really shouldn't be as difficult as it was) and the Video element crashed on Christmas day so I had to format it (I tried to restore to factory settings but it didn't happen). The software that came with the player was out of date and there was a problem with the UK download from the internet in that the movie converter didn't work. After searching the forums I found that many had the same problem and the tip was to download the international application instead - it worked!



OK so you're probably thinking that it's not a good deal - please don't. When all of the issues were sorted it was brilliant. Very neat in style and the functionality is superb. The sound quality is exceptional and the screen makes the videos really clear and easy to watch.



I've marked the 'Value for money' at 3 stars. This is because I got it for less than £80 from AdvancedMP3 and added some voucher codes. The actual price before their sale offer and vouchers was over £170 - would I buy it at that price? Simply No. At the original price I would like to know that everything that comes with the device and the device itself works prefectly without having to search the net for support. At the price I got it for, it's great.
