Have bought a few items from boohoo over the last few years and have had no problems, however, I recently purchased 3 items. One I decided to keep, one was unsuitable and the other faulty. I returned the 2 items and received an email confirming receipt, however I have received no refund. I have sent emails and telephoned. My emails went unanswered and I was immediately put on hold for 10 minutes when I telephoned. Paid by paypal and have submitted a claim so I hope that I can receive my money back.
Would never, ever use them again.
