“This is the worst online company I have ever brought...”

This is the worst online company I have ever brought from. Despite their site offering delivery within 3-5 days I had to wait 4 weeks. On receipt the dress did not fit and looked very cheap. Having returned this dress 8 weeks on I am still awaiting a refund. This company do not answer the phone and will not respond to emails if you have a problem. Had I have know how bad their customer service was I would never have ordered from them and will definately NEVER EVER use this company again. I have rated as 1 purely because I couldn't rate as zero!
