I placed an order at jewelleryboxx.com 12th January. It has been two weeks and I still haven't received the ring I ordered. I have tried emailing them twice and have had no reply so I decided to ring them so i could speak to someone personally about the situation. The phone just constantly rings and after you've waited for about a minute someone randomly comes on the phone asking for your security code then they hang up. I am not at all happy as they have taken the money out of my account for the ring I ordered and yet haven't bothered to deliver it. Would not recommnend this website to anyone!
