General Comments
Ladram Bay is a small, private pebbled beach hidden between Exmouth and Sidmouth. At low tide there is enough sand for building the usual castles and plenty of rock pools which held a good supply of crabs and small fish.
The holiday park is privately owned and small in comparison to some of the larger holiday companies. It has 535 static homes of which only 105 are available for hire. (normally it's the other way around). All the statics available to hire are closest to the beach with a most excellent sea view. If you are up early feeding your 1 year old then the sun rise over the bay is to die for.
