Placed my order on the net on sunday night, rang on monday to confirm order and spoke to a very rude lady, after a heated conversation regarding delay in goods getting to me I wanted to cancel my order in which she demanded 30% charge?? Had a call back from a man claiming to be the owner who was just as rude and to make things worse I could hear her ranting about me in the back ground. AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!!!
