Travelled from Manchester to Lusaka on KLM - staff at airoport in manchester have an attitude problem. Wasnt over my luggage limit at all so didnt have to pay extra. Prebooked economy comfort seats didnt get these on return- am after my refund am being passed from pillar to post.Using Uk number 08712310000 and being told there is no customer service dept for Uk passengers! use email- have sent several emails and still awaiting any kind of responce! wont be travelling with Klm again!
